Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our virtual training services. We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure our cancellation policy is fair and transparent for all our valued customers. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully before booking a virtual training session with us. You have the flexibility to switch to a future session, delegate someone else to attend in your place, or cancel your registration as long as you do so at least three weeks before the scheduled workshop. You will receive the full amount minus minimal booking service fees. If you need to cancel within 5 business days of the event, you can take advantage of a one-time opportunity to reschedule for a future event. You may also designate someone to take your place without penalty. Please reference the booking email you originally received and inform us of your intent to reschedule via email. If you fail to attend (no-show) you will be liable for the entire workshop fee. We understand the significance of this investment for both you and your company and aim to meet your requirements to the best of our ability.
